Absolutely! One of the reasons we use PayPal to process our cart and order information is that they are the premier secure payment processor on the web. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us. No. PayPal is simply our payment processor. It allows us to easily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can use a PayPal account to complete your purchase, but it isn't necessary. If you don't have or want a PayPal account, when checking out, follow the link on the left hand column of the screen that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)."

Why are your Insurance Policies and Certificates "for novelty purposes only"?
Is there any way to collect on your policies?
Our hats are wool blend and have a Velcro closure to make them one-size-fits-all. The "2012: I'm Insured, ARE YOU?" Logo is embroidered with a fine stitch count for quality. They are 6 panel hats and all mid-profile.
All of our products are printed in the USA, however the origins of our base materials may vary from time to time.
We think that 2012 is funny for quite a few reasons. Mostly, because people predict the end of the world ALL the time and it never comes to pass. Remember Y2K? Yeah, so mostly like that. The fact of the matter is, no one can realistically insure against catastrophe on December 21st, 2012. If the world ended, the policy wouldn't be collectable, would it? So, instead of sitting back and watching as the prophecies lead to the same fears as doomsday predictions have before, we figured we'd make light of the whole situation.
No. Our policies are novelty items. They are the perfect gift for the person who "has it all". Remember the "Pet Rock", "Name a Star", or "Buy a Plot of Land on the Moon"?

Sobe Nights, LLC is the name of our company. The 2012 Apocalypse Insurance Company and all related merchandise (certificates, t-shirts, hats, etc) are simply our product line. Sobe Nights is a registered as an LLC in Clark County, Nevada and was formed primarily to retail novelty products.
